We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential interior operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The role involves managing project execution, client lifecycle management, team leadership, vendor coordination, and ensuring on-time, high-quality project handovers.
Key Responsibility
Manage end-to-end residential interior projects from site kickoff to final handover.
Lead and mentor a team of Site Engineers and execution staff.
Ensure timely project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Own client lifecycle management, including customer communication and escalation handling.
Coordinate with Design, Factory, Procurement, and Execution teams for seamless project delivery.
Manage vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
Ensure quality standards, site safety, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
Track project timelines using project plans and Gantt charts.
Eligibility Criteria
BE/B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, Interior Design, or related qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior execution.
Minimum 2 years of team/project management experience.
Strong knowledge of modular furniture, site execution, measurements, fittings, materials, and drawings.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu preferred).
