Production Support:
- Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations, including support on the shop floor.
- Operate or assist with machines under supervision.
- Handle packing, organising, and movement of materials within the unit.
Driving & Delivery Support (Secondary Role):
- Drive the company vehicle (e.g., Tata Ace) for occasional deliveries or pickups of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure timely, safe transport while following all traffic and safety guidelines.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driving License (LMV-TR or equivalent) as per Karnataka RTO regulations (for light commercial vehicles).
- Basic understanding of working with tools or machinery (training will be provided if needed).
- Familiarity with Bangalore routes is a plus.
- Basic communication skills in Kannada/Hindi; English is a bonus.
- Punctual, disciplined, and cooperative team player.
