Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Bengaluru office. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our banking software solutions, generating business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting business development activities across Karnataka and neighboring regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Core Banking and Digital Banking solutions.
- Meet prospective customers and present company products and services.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for customer requirements.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Software, IT Products, Banking Solutions, ERP, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Mandatory Requirement
✅ Fluency in Kannada (Read, Write, and Speak) is Mandatory
As this position is based in Bengaluru and involves interaction with customers across Karnataka, candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Kannada.
