Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in assisting project planning, tracking, coordination, documentation and on-time delivery. The role demands excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Manager in planning, tracking, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams for seamless communication and project flow.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers regularly.
Monitor project tasks and timelines using project management tools.
Conduct quality checks, UAT coordination, and ensure client-ready deliverables.
Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and resolution.
Possess a good understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts.
Exhibit strong ownership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support, preferably in the IT/ERP domain.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver under deadlines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
