Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production as per the production schedule.
- Supervise moulding machine operators and helpers.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and maximum production efficiency.
- Monitor cycle time, rejection percentage, and machine productivity.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room for mould changes and maintenance.
- Ensure first-piece approval before starting production.
- Maintain product quality as per approved specifications.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for in-process inspections.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, machine-wise output, rejection reports, and downtime reports.
- Ensure availability of raw materials before production starts.
- Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, and safety standards in the production area.
- Train operators on SOPs, work instructions, and safety practices.
- Improve production efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
