We are seeking an experienced Mulesoft Lead Consultant to design, develop, and lead integration initiatives across our e-commerce ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in connecting critical business systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and driving integration excellence.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in integration development with a strong focus on Mulesoft technologies

Design and develop scalable integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform

Lead end-to-end implementation of APIs, connectors, and integration flows

Architect solutions following API-led connectivity approach (System, Process, and Experience APIs)

Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
-
Drive integration initiatives connecting Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with Order Management Systems (OMS)
-
Orchestrate data synchronization between OMS and ERP systems
-
Design real-time and batch integration patterns for order processing, inventory management, and customer data synchronization
-
Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitoring for critical e-commerce workflows
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
-
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
-
Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for integration issues
-
Optimize API performance and ensure scalability of integration solutions
-
Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and performance testing)

Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms using Anypoint Monitoring and third-party tools

Ensure security best practices including OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, and data encryption

Mulesoft Anypoint Platform: Strong proficiency in Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub
-
Integration Patterns: Deep understanding of SOA, REST, SOAP, ETL, and microservices architecture
-
API Development: Experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs

DataWeave: Advanced transformation capabilities for complex data mapping scenarios
-
Connectors: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Database, File, HTTP/S, and custom connectors
-
Working knowledge of e-commerce business processes including order lifecycle, inventory management, and customer data flows
-
Understanding of B2C and B2B commerce models
-
Familiarity with real-time vs. batch processing requirements in retail/e-commerce contexts
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft applications (Maven, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

Knowledge of message queuing systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Proficiency in version control using Git
-
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

SQL and database concepts
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

SFCC to OMS Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with Order Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, IBM Sterling, Oracle OMS, or similar)

OMS to ERP Integration: Experience connecting Order Management Systems with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)

Understanding of product catalog synchronization, pricing engines, and promotional management integrations

Mulesoft Certified Developer – Level 2 (MCD)

Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect – Level 1 (advantageous)
