Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose dental conditions.
- Independently carry out general dental procedures including:
* Root Canal Treatments (RCT)
* Extractions
* Restorations and Fillings
* Scaling and Polishing
* Preventive and Basic Dental Procedures
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients.
- Handle dental emergencies calmly and make timely clinical decisions when required.
Patient Care & Documentation
* Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
* Follow company protocols for obtaining informed consent before treatment.
* Capture and document pre-treatment and post-treatment photographs as per clinic guidelines.
* Upload all required patient information, images, and treatment records to the clinic CRM system.
* Ensure strict compliance with clinical and documentation protocols.
Clinical Standards & Hygiene
* Maintain the highest standards of sterilization, infection control, and clinic hygiene.
* Ensure all instruments and treatment areas are properly sterilized and organized.
* Adhere to clinic dress code and professional grooming standards at all times.
Team Collaboration & Marketing Support
* Coordinate effectively with senior Dentists, Nurse, front-office staff, and management.
* Be comfortable appearing on camera for educational content, patient awareness campaigns, and social media marketing initiatives.
* Contribute positively to the clinic's growth and patient experience.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
