Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
· Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and invoices.
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
· Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
· Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
· Maintain payroll-related records and documentation.
· Generate financial reports using the company's ERP software.
· Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
· 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
· Hands-on experience with company ERP systems.
· Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
