- L1 L2 support for desktops laptops and peripheral devices across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot OS Windows 10 11 hardware software and connectivity issues
- Manage and support endpoint tools such as SCCM MECM Intune or equivalent
- Handle print management including printer setup troubleshooting print servers and queue management
- Support Active Directory user account management group policies access issues
- Perform software installations patching imaging and configuration
- Diagnose issues related to VPN network connectivity and performance
- Ensure adherence to SLA KPI targets and provide timely resolution
- Document incidents resolutions and standard operating procedures
- Required Skills
- Strong experience in Desktop End User Support Windows environment
- Hands on with Endpoint Management tools SCCM Intune etc
- Experience in Enterprise Print Management print servers drivers troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Active Directory basic networking concepts DNS DHCP TCP IP
- Good understanding of ITSM tools ServiceNow or similar
