We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of civil projects, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
- Handle site inquiries, technical coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare project cost estimations, budgeting, BOQ, and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project compliance.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Review drawings, site execution plans, and resolve technical issues at site.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment across projects.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 13+ years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
✔ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
✔ Proven experience in successfully handling and completing multiple construction projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of site management, project planning, billing, budgeting, and cost estimation.
✔ Ability to manage multiple teams, contractors, and site operations effectively.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in RCC, finishing work, infrastructure, commercial, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
