About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and will be responsible for improving organic search rankings and driving qualified traffic for client and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content optimization)
- Execute technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals)
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other white-hat link building strategies
- Monitor and report on key metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings for local SEO
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement SEO recommendations
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare monthly performance reports for clients/management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics relevant to SEO implementation
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Good understanding of keyword research, content strategy, and SERP analysis
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Good to Have:
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of SEM/PPC campaigns
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
- Knowledge of AI Overview Optimization (AIO) / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends
