Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to work with specially abled children in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate should be patient, child-focused, and passionate about helping children develop communication skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs of children
- Plan and conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Support children with speech delays, language disorders, and communication challenges
- Work closely with special educators, occupational therapists, and parents
- Maintain therapy plans, progress reports, and documentation
- Create a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly therapy environment
Eligibility / Requirements
- Degree in Speech & Hearing or Speech-Language Pathology
- RCI registration preferred
- Experience with special children (Autism, ADHD, ID, speech delay, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
