We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Drafter with 3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior design drawings, and site coordination.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing detailed architectural, working, and construction drawings. The candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, site supervisors, and labour teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise architectural, interior, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and site teams.
- Lead and guide contractors and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide clients with the best design and material options based on project requirements and budget.
- Conduct site visits and ensure drawings are executed accurately.
- Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing contractors and labour teams.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
