About the Role
BIMS Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with NABH standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of hospital administration, and a passion for quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor quality indicators and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in clinical audits, documentation, and NABH accreditation activities.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and healthcare compliance standards.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze clinical performance, and recommend process improvements.
- Support departmental coordination to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
EligibilityEducation
- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BDS / BPT
- MHA / PGDHM (Hospital Administration) preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Clinical Administration or Hospital Operations.
- Experience with NABH accreditation and quality management is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital clinical operations and healthcare compliance.
- Hands-on experience with NABH standards, audits, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office.
