Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and Analytics. The role requires developing and implementing digital strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Track rankings and prepare SEO performance reports.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC)
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor budgets and improve campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create and execute social media content calendars.
- Increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Run paid social media campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Content Marketing
- Create engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Manage email databases and audience segmentation.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversion performance.
Performance Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall marketing performance.
- Implement conversion tracking and remarketing strategies.
Lead Generation
- Generate quality leads through organic and paid channels.
- Create landing pages and lead capture campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and improve lead acquisition costs.
Website Management
- Manage and update website content.
- Coordinate with developers for website optimization.
- Improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor website health and performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, conversions, user behavior, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, etc.).
- Understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and content planning abilities.
