Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities. Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements. Present and explain products and services effectively to potential clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Submit regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally, if required.
