Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on preferences and occasions
- Deliver personalized customer service and build strong client relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, and luxury jewelry
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service
- Ensure showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2– 5 years of experience in jewelry sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-value clients
- Customer-focused mindset with sales-driven approach
- Experience in premium or luxury retail/wholesale
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
