Key Responsibilities:
Location: Sachin GIDC
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience: 4 To 6 Year
· Finalize weekly or monthly dispatch dates with the PPC team and coordinate current status updates.
· Prepare the next day's dispatch schedule in collaboration with the PPC team, ensuring timely preparation.
· Coordinate with customers regarding orders, forecasts, and dispatches through phone calls.
· Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring all queries are addressed.
· Update and manage tasks assigned by management.
· Prepare and send quotations to customers, and coordinate with management for final approval.
· Enter sales orders into the ERP system and assist in testing the CRM module.
· Prepare and finalize daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Coordinate with the PPC team to manage material stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
· Monitor and coordinate vehicle status with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
· Handle coordination with transporters as required, based on specific situations.
Requirements:
· Graduation in any field.
· Proven experience in customer development and relationship management.
· Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
