About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business activities across customer communication, order management, and internal coordination. This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to how a growing D2C brand operates across multiple functions — not a coffee-fetching internship.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
→Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email, and Instagram→Ensure timely, clear, and professional responses→Assist in resolving customer concerns and improving overall experience
Order & Operations Management
→Monitor and verify daily orders→Sort and prepare orders for dispatch→Maintain structured order tracking sheets
Returns & Refund Handling
→Manage return and exchange requests→Verify return cases based on company policy→Initiate refunds and coordinate with customers→Maintain return and refund trackers
WhatsApp Campaign Support
→Assist in executing WhatsApp broadcast campaigns→Support message coordination and basic tracking
Research & Insights
→Observe how other brands operate and identify trends→Suggest practical improvements that can be applied to our workflows.
Requirements
→Graduate or currently pursuing BBA, BCom, or similar.
→Good written and verbal communication skills.
→Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
→Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic productivity tools.
→Based in Kozhikode or willing to commute / relocate.
