About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, graphic design, and short-form video creation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Design social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
