The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance activities for multiple clients across India and. The role offers exposure to end-to-end finance operations, regulatory compliance and client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic multi-client environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring timely compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, return filings, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Assist with MCA filings and corporate compliance requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect accounting information and resolve routine queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior team members in accounting, reporting, and compliance-related assignments
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in accounting
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting in an Accounting firm
- Proficiency in Tally and Busy.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working Days : Monday-Saturday

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
