Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project engineers, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal departments.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor material planning and ensure timely procurement in coordination with the SCM team.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing support, and project close-out.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction, with proven experience managing building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
