We’re looking for an Analytics Executive who can help us make sense of our data before it becomes a mysterious spreadsheet nobody wants to open. You’ll track, analyze, and report marketing, website, campaign, and business performance to help teams make smarter decisions.
What you’ll do
Track and analyze website, campaign, social media, paid ads, SEO, lead, and customer data.
Create dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and business teams.
Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversions, leads, CAC, CPL, engagement, retention, and campaign performance.
Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM tools, ad platforms, and spreadsheets.
Identify patterns, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
Support campaign tracking, UTM management, and conversion reporting.
Ensure data accuracy across dashboards and reports.
Use AI tools for data cleaning support, insight generation, anomaly detection, faster reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Translate data into simple insights and practical recommendations.
Work with marketing, sales, product, and founders to support decision-making.
Help build reporting systems and analytics processes from scratch.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing analytics, business analytics, or reporting.
Good knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio, and ad platform dashboards.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels, traffic sources, leads, and conversions.
Ability to clean, organize, analyze, and explain data clearly.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
Comfort using AI tools responsibly to improve analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a startup where dashboards, systems, and processes are still being built.
