Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic CAD Engineer Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in CAD software and engineering design concepts. The ideal candidate will train students, graduates, and working professionals in industry-standard CAD tools while helping them develop practical design and drafting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on CAD software and engineering drafting.
- Teach 2D drafting, 3D modeling, detailing, and design fundamentals.
- Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students in completing real-world design projects and case studies.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support when needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements.
- Assist students with portfolio development and interview preparation.
- Maintain training records and ensure course objectives are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Good understanding of engineering drawing standards and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- Industry experience in design, drafting, or engineering projects.
- Certification in CAD software is an advantage.
