Architectural Design Coordinator

About the Role
We're hiring an Architectural Design Coordinator to manage day-to-day design coordination across residential and commercial building projects. You'll sit at the center of the design process — tracking drawings, resolving clashes between disciplines, and keeping architects, structural, and MEP/HVAC teams aligned through execution. Great fit for someone with strong AutoCAD skills and hands-on coordination experience looking for ownership, without needing prior team-management experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate design drawings between Architects, Structural, MEP, and HVAC consultants
- Track drawing revisions, maintain drawing registers, and flag version conflicts
- Identify and help resolve design clashes across disciplines before they hit site
- Review AutoCAD drawings for accuracy and coordination completeness
- Support the design team through concept, schematic, and GFC drawing stages
- Liaise with site engineers and contractors to relay design updates and clarify drawing queries
- Maintain organized documentation of consultant deliverables and design changes
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in architectural/civil design, coordination, or drafting
- B.Arch or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Background in residential or commercial building projects (not telecom, infrastructure, or industrial-only)
- Strong, daily hands-on AutoCAD skills
- Experience coordinating with Structural and MEP/HVAC consultants
- Familiarity with GFC drawing stages and drawing register maintenance
- Basic awareness of building by-laws
- Working knowledge of Revit is a plus, not mandatory
Good to Know
- This is not a design leadership or sign-off/approval role
- Not responsible for FSI/FAR ownership or value engineering decisions independently
- Reports to the senior design/architecture lead
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
