hardware, or specialized components.
Industry Sales Experience: Track record or strong alignment with industrial machinery, B2B, or
pharmaceutical solutions.
Problem Solvers: Analytical mindset capable of diagnosing manufacturing bottlenecks and
recommending optimal products.
Presentation Skills: Articulate communicator comfortable presenting to procurement, engineering
teams, and executive stakeholders.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales of Pharma Equipment: Identify, target, and acquire technical accounts and large-scale
pharmaceutical projects.
Deliver Technical Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, engineering deep-
dives, and lunch-and-learns.
Build Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with factory managers, QA
engineers, and procurement directors.
Understand Manufacturing Processes: Analyze complex cleanroom environments, formulation
lines, and automated packaging workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work side-by-side with R&D, product management, and post-sale
technical support teams.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Background in Engineering: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification in Mechanical,
Chemical, Biological, or Biomedical Engineering.
Experience Level: Minimum 3+ years of successful track record within pharmaceutical sales,
capital equipment sales, or high-value complex B2B solutions.
Core Capabilities: Exceptional negotiation, account management, commercial acumen, and active
listening skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
