- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor sales, budgets, and financial performance.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and service.
- Promote the restaurant through marketing initiatives and special events.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
