We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive institutional sales across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan-Dombivli, Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar, and other nearby regions. This is a highly field-intensive role requiring extensive daily travel, aggressive client acquisition, and relationship management with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong hunter mindset, be comfortable spending the majority of their time in the field, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aggressive field visits across Mumbai and nearby regions to identify and acquire new institutional clients.
- Meet school principals, trustees, management representatives, college administrators, and key decision-makers on a daily basis.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and direct prospecting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Present products and solutions effectively, understand client requirements, and close sales opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct multiple client meetings daily to maximize business generation and territory coverage.
- Develop long-term relationships with institutional clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the education sector.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, territory updates, and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Territory Coverage
The role will involve regular travel across:
- Mumbai (Western, Central & Harbour Corridors)
- Navi Mumbai
- Thane
- Kalyan-Dombivli
- Mira-Bhayandar
- Vasai-Virar
- Bhiwandi
- Panvel
- Other nearby educational hubs and assigned territories
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
