Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
- Explain Glohive Education's services, programs, and admission process.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Schedule counselling sessions with education consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams for seamless student support.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
