About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Academics to lead and strengthen academic excellence across our pre-school campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum implementation, teacher development, academic quality assurance, and standardization of learning practices across multiple centers.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must be willing to travel 6 to 8 days every month to different school locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee academic operations across all pre-school campuses.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and teaching-learning practices.
- Design and conduct teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor classroom quality through regular observations and academic audits.
- Develop academic policies, frameworks, and standard operating procedures.
- Support center heads and teachers in improving learning outcomes and classroom management.
- Create and review lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational academic standards and early childhood education best practices.
- Analyze academic performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive continuous academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Pre-School/Early Years Education, including at least 5 years in an Academic Leadership role.
- Strong expertise in curriculum implementation, teacher training, and academic quality management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
