Role: Inside Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Salary Range: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)
Incentives:

Training Period: 15 Days (Unpaid)
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students and working professionals exploring career growth opportunities.
Understand their goals and recommend appropriate courses.
Build trust, handle queries, and convert leads into admissions.
Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and follow processes within the CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
Ability to speak at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada.
Interest in sales, education, and career development.
Prior experience in sales or counseling is an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
