§ Maintain skills and knowledge by participating in various nurse education programs, seminars, staff meeting, and workshops.
§ Demonstrate priority setting skills and timelines in responding to patient’s needs.
§ Collaborate with other functions/ teams in executing the given tasks
§ To support team members in meeting the organizations unified goal
§ Assist staff nurse to collect and send patient’s sample; collects and interprets diagnostic tests results timely and inform the clinician.
§ Assist in preparation of patients and gets diagnostic test done as Ordered-X-ray, CT, PET CT, MRI and collect the report and inform the clinicians timely.
§ Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic and surgical procedures and takes care of patients pre, during and post procedures.
§ Prepares the necessary equipment and assists the clinicians and other healthcare professionals during assessment, procedure and treatment of patient.
§ Assist in preparing patients and family for discharge and home care management.
§ Assist during admission, discharge and transfer in and out procedures following hospitals protocols
§ Records & reports patients’ all medical and other relevant information accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
§ Assist the staff nurse during total patient care including continuous monitoring of patients.
§ Assures quality of care by adhering to patient safety standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards and making/ recommending necessary changes.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
