Core Responsibilities
- Patient Intake & Registration: Collect demographic and medical history to update patient profiles in the Hospital Management System (HMS)
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, or reschedule doctor and specialist consultations to minimize wait times.
- Billing & Insurance: Prepare invoices, process payments, and verify health insurance eligibility to ensure accurate billing.
- Reception & Communication: Answer phone calls, manage the front desk helpline, and direct inquiries to the correct department or doctor.
- Hospital Coordination: Assist with the admission and discharge processes while guiding patients and visitors to their designated clinics or rooms.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to medical data protection regulations to ensure patient privacy.

- Essential Skills
- Customer Service & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills are required to handle anxious or distressed patients and provide a welcoming, calm environment.
- Multitasking: The ability to handle high patient volumes, multiple phone lines, and walk-ins simultaneously without feeling overwhelmed.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using Hospital Management System (HMS) software, word processors, and e-filing systems.
- Conflict Resolution: Capability to address and de-escalate patient feedback, billing discrepancies, or wait-time complaints.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
