About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to educational sales, field marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. The selected candidate will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to support student admissions and institutional growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Conduct field visits to schools, educational institutions, and other target locations.
Support lead generation activities through both online and offline channels.
Assist in student admission counseling and enrollment processes.
Interact with parents and students to provide information about programs and services.
Coordinate educational awareness campaigns and events.
Support business development initiatives to increase brand visibility and admissions.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA graduates or MBA pursuing candidates preferred.
Bachelor's degree holders with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and participate in field marketing activities.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
