Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, translating those into technical specifications, and overseeing the development process to ensure that the final product meets the desired standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application functionality and performance, while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for developing user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
