We are looking for a Detail-oriented & Organized Back Office Executive to join in our dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Enter, Update & Keep track of data in company records & database.
- Maintain company's CRM.
- Co-ordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare & Manage basic reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS:-
- Good knowledge of M.S.OFFICE ( Excel, word etc.) and Google Spreadsheets.
- Good attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; as well as ability to work independently when required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY:-
- Minimum Graduation in any field with relevant skills are welcomed.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Back Office, Data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with above mentioned skills can also apply.
SALARY & BENEFITS:-
- 8k to 12k per month ( based on experience and skills).
