Salary Range: 1 LPM to 1.65 LPM
Roles:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across North India.
- Achieve zonal sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the windows, railings, and building materials segment.
- Generate business through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and drive sales performance.
- Manage key clients and large project accounts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team.
- Set sales targets and review team performance regularly.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Provide strategic inputs to management for business expansion.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely project execution.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
