As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the main liaison for all application-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing project progress, addressing challenges proactively, and guiding the team towards delivering robust and efficient solutions. You continuously monitor application performance and collaborate closely with various teams to align technical efforts with business objectives, fostering a productive and dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Monitor application health and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Document application processes and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow within enterprise applications.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
