We are looking for a Data Entry / Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves maintaining records, handling company documentation, coordinating with clients through email, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in MS Excel and company software.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and operational documents.
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when required.
- Draft and respond to professional emails with clients and vendors.
- Maintain digital and physical documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Support daily administrative and back-office operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong English communication and email drafting skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and record management.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience in Back Office, Data Entry, Administration, Accounts Support, Logistics, or Operations.
- Freshers with excellent MS Office and communication skills are also welcome.
