We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive to join our team in Liluah, Howrah. The ideal candidate will be the face of our organization, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly, providing them with necessary assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication: Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and emails in a professional and timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk operations, including courier management, maintaining visitor logs, and assisting with basic office administration.
- Coordination: Act as a point of contact between departments and ensure smooth coordination of office activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain neat and organized records of front office documentation and general office supplies.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer-facing role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential (must be able to communicate fluently).
- Age Limit: Candidates should be 28 years of age or younger.
- Location: Must be comfortable working in Liluah, Howrah.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, and ability to handle basic office software (MS Office).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
- Work Environment: Professional and supportive workplace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
