1. Core Responsibilities
- Support in the delivery of analytical projects on all products and brands covering the entire credit life cycle (application, completion, portfolio performance, retention, collections and recoveries) updating internal and wider business stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Complete detailed investigation into established or identified early warning indicator trends, updating internal and wider business stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify areas for analytical deep dive, defining scope of work and proposing opportunities through insights.
- Support development and enhancements of data driven decision strategies across the life cycle; including application score cut-offs, customer retention, pre-arrears and collections contact strategies.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insights to support committees and other senior stakeholders.
- Provide expert knowledge and technical consultancy and support to the immediate team and wider risk function.
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protected and managed.
- Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations.
