- Inventory Management: Track all tools, jigs, dies, and gauges using Example Asset Management Tools. This prevents loss and speeds up retrieval.
- Tool Maintenance: Clean, sharpen, and repair cutting tools and molds to make them last longer.
- Quality Control: Check that tools create parts matching exact customer measurements.
- Procurement: Order new equipment and replacement parts before running out.
2. Maintenance Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule regular check-ups on machines to stop breakdowns before they happen.
- Breakdown Repairs: Quickly find and fix machine faults to get production running again.
- Spare Parts Planning: Keep a healthy stock of vital machine components.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules and OSHA Guidelines to keep workers safe from machine hazards.
Core Skills Needed
- Problem-solving: Figuring out why a machine broke down or a tool failed.
- Technical Skills: Reading equipment blueprints and using technical measuring tools.
- Software Knowledge: Using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log repairs and track inventory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
