Required skill:
- Dip/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in Handling Fire Fighting/ Fire Alarm System Installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Safety Codes, AutoCAD & BOQ.
Key Responsibilty:
- Ability to Handle multiple sites.
- Lead and manage project manager, site engineer & site teams.
- Ensure firefighting installation works (hydrants, sprinklers, pump rooms, detection systems, suppression systems, etc.) are carried out as per design, codes, and standards.
- Monitor workmanship, material approvals, and ensure system testing/commissioning meets required standards.
- Coordinate with Client, Vendors & Consultants.
- Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality, safety & timely project completion.
- Manage project cost, billing & documentation.
- Resolve site issues. Prepare monthly progress report.
- Anticipate delays, material shortages, site conflicts and implements corrective actions.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals) and handover to client.
