The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the in-house collections team to ensure timely recovery of dues, maintaining portfolio quality, and achieving monthly/quarterly collection targets. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to minimize delinquency and improve overall recovery efficiency.
