Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing methodologies to ensure high-quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align quality engineering practices with overall project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools to validate system robustness.
- Ability to analyze complex system architectures and identify potential quality risks.
- Skilled in integrating testing solutions with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative quality engineering approaches.
