Core Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Greet clients, listen to vehicle issues, handle complex complaints, and build long-term trust to drive repeat business.
- Workflow Management: Create and manage job cards, oversee workshop scheduling, and delegate repair tasks efficiently.
- Technical Liaison: Translate customer concerns into precise repair orders for technicians and consult on mechanical alternatives.
- Estimates & Sales: Prepare cost and time estimates, secure customer approvals, and upsell maintenance packages or parts.
- Quality Control: Review completed work and coordinate timely vehicle delivery. [1]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor in a dealership or busy service center.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive technology, systems, and repair procedures.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service scheduling tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in automotive or mechanical engineering is often preferred
Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
