We’re looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle user queries, manage our app’s Help & Support section, and ensure a smooth experience for our users. Responsibilities:
- Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats.
- Monitor and update the Help & Support section of the app.
- Troubleshoot common app-related problems and escalate complex issues.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain logs and reports to track recurring issues and improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills are needed to assist users effectively.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
