Job roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to create/execute business plans
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Supporting customer presentations and communications
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Manage, improve, and increase business in the aligned accounts
- Monitoring overall functioning of the processes and work closely with internal teams to
- Planning and execution of key initiatives to meet and exceed the goals
- Work closely with internal and external customers to support smooth site level operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations; provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to increase the capabilities and effectiveness of the team to develop the competencies of team associates and to ensure that they are meeting the goals and expectations of their roles
- Work under tight deadlines and for extended hours during quarter and year-end periods as needed
What we expect:
- 3-10 years of experience successfully managing accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal o Excellent presentation, and logical reasoning skills. Expert in PowerPoint, Excel & related tools for communication and collaboration.

Preferred: A degree in business administration or else relevant experience.
