Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication.
- Support business development and revenue generation activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Confident in speaking with clients over calls and emails.
- Knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
