We are looking for a fitter for packaging machines who is experience in assembly .
Key Responsibilities :-
- Preventive Maintenance :- Perform routine assembly & testing of machines to ensure optimal performance , lubrication , and to prevent unexpected breakdowns
- Troubleshooting and Repairs :- Diagnose mechanical , pneumatic , and minor electrical malfunctions in real time to minimize production downtime
- Machine Setup and Changeover :- Set up , adjust , and calibrate machine parameters ( Eg. Temperature , Sealing pressure , speed , cutting alignment ) for different product sizes or packaging materials
- Part Replacement :- Identify , source , and replace worn -out components such as heaters , sealing rollers , knives , and sensors
- Quality Compliance :- Ensure all machinery functions align with Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP) and safety standards ( Eg. Ensuring proper sealing and product integrity)
Desired Profile :-
- Education :- ITI certification in Fitter , Turner , or Machinist
- Experience :- 1-3 years of experience
- Job Location :- Goregaon
- Salary Offered :- 15000 - 22000 Per Month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
